This is much like removing the indicator lense just with a little painting.
TOOLS: 1 Can of primer (I used grey)
1 Can of black spray paint (I used Ford Panther Black)
Laquer if preffered
Waterproof Sealent
Flat Screwdriver
Phillips head Screwdriver
Roll of Duck Tape
Before:

After:

And now the HOW TO:
1st -
you have to remove the headlights which isn't the easiest, The front bumper has to be removed. 2 bolts on top of the front crossmember, 2 on the bottom of the front crossmember, 2 running infront of the radiator and the 2 fixing onto the wings after moving the front splash guards are moved out of the road.
2nd -
With the headlights out you have to pre- heat the oven to around 80'c and after removing the bulbs, breather pipes and rubber cover you pop the light in the oven for about 10 - 15 mins. Might not be that long long or could be longer depending on the oven, BE CAREFULL AS THE LIGHTS GET HOT.
3rd -
You want to pry the lense away from the light backing with a flat screwdriver, Then remove the 2 screws to remove the light cover and you should be left with this.

4th -
You want to take some fine wet & dry paper or scotch bright and rub down the light cover and all the nooks and crannies, Then dust down and Coat 3 times in Primer.(Remember to leave the Indicator lense in for now) like so.

5th -
Then after the primer is touch dry, you can take Black paint (i used Ford Panther Black) and give a few coats to the cover remember to cover all the primer. Like so.

And heres the comparison

6th -
You can choose to coat it in laquer but i didn't, then once the paint is totally dry you can remove the indicator lense, and re build the light. I heated the light backing in the oven a few minutes and added extra sealant, squeezed them together as hard as possible and used Duck tape to hold the light together and left to dry.
Then in the morning you want to build the front end back up and admire the smokedness.
Remember to Buy INDICATOR BULBS and replace when lights are out as they are a pain in the ass to get to when lights and bumper are in place.
I am not responsible for any damage done to vehicle, lights or self and if using the kitchen like me always ask the better half first
