Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has any idea about what it might be. No matter whether I'm in gear or not, when I clutch I hear a slight grinding noise. Can it be something serious? I'm not bothered by the actual noise, as long as it is not an indication of some bigger problem. Are there some easy things to try?

Thanks in advance,
Georgios

sounds to me like its the clutch release bearing, im not entirely sure what damage it can do if left. as far as im aware you can only get one as part of a clutch kit. holpe this helps

Thank you very much for the tip. I searched the internet for your suggestions, and it seems to be the correct diagnosis. What to do about it is a bit unclear though. Some say the clutch may still work for a long time, others say such a problem needs fixing. I'll probably show it to some mechanic to get his opinion though.

Cheers

Thanks! That's very kind of you, but I live in Sweden so that's unfortunately not possible.

Thanks again.
