2001 baleno ecu wiring

Hi hoping that there maybe someone out there who can help,we are curently building a y reg baleno for short circuit racing, the car is striped and caged now just in process of painting before puting seat and ancs back in what we need which aint much. The problem i have is the ecu wiring took the loom out and started to eliminate the wiring not required but when i tied up the wiring and refited to the car i came across a problem first one crank sensor wire got cut i dont understand why and the vehicle as a imoblizer. I have purchased manual and a cd but the info i need i can not find, i just want a simple mutiplug/ecu pin to componant and from what i can gather you swap the cam sensor wires to get rid of imobiliser??. can anyone help please our ecu has 3 plugs a 26 pin a 16 pin and a 12 pin.
