Is there a second fuse box inside the Baleno checked the one under the bonnet, doesnt seem that many there for a car. Is there a second one?

My clock and stereo died after pushing in the lighter would think its a fuse but cant see where  Undecided

its in the drivers foot well tucked in the corner upside down by the throttle pedal! its a bit of a **** to get too!
