hey, firstly welcome to the site! im a big fan of the standard speedline alloys on the gsr and the good news is you can pic them up pretty cheap! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUZUKI-BALENO-GSR-1999-2002-15-ALLOY-WHEELS-SET-/390172450739?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5ad8171fb3as for cheap mods i hate to tell you but you picked the wrong car haha, id go for a drop in panel filter and remove your resonator box if you can be bothered to take your bumper off to get to it. as for exhausts you will have to go for a custom one. sounds daft but make sure you have decent spark plugs. i went to the effort of taking off my throttle body and cleaning it all out the other day and thats made the car noticeably more responsive! as for visuals, first move lower the car! especially if your putting alloys on, and iv tinted my two back windows which i think has significantly improved the looks

well i got my lowering springs from here, il be honest they are not amazing, but they do the job, a 40mm drop and slightly sportier ride http://www.pi-suspension.co.uk/pi-spring-kit-sportpack-suzuki-baleno-13-16-18-eg-041995-lowers-40mm-90106_p1253839.htmmine are only a temporary solution as im going on track next year when i have a proper suspension setup aplied amongst other plans. as for fitting these i wouldnt do it yourself unless you know what your doing, iv seen people take there jaws off changing springs. where about are you? im unsure of the sort of costs for fitting as i did do mine myself

Cool, good to hear! Where did you order your springs from? I ordered apexi a few times from different sellers who said they had them n then said they had been discontinued and they didn't have them. Be sure to stick some pics up in members rides for before and after! What wheels did you decide on?

Normally its best to lower your car beafore alloys & tyres as it gives you an idea of what size wheel and tyre will fit as you have a smaller gap in the arch after its lowered. If your having 15's you will be fine if NOT id lower first.
