hey, thought id do a how to on picture uploading, may be obvious to some but i remember when i first started using forums i struggled to work it out!
first thing to do is make sure you have the picture you wish to upload onto here.
then create (if you dont already have one) a Photobucket accout @
http://www.photobucket.com/then upload your pictures using the image uploader on photobucket, this is fairly straightforward
once uploaded and saved to your pb account you will want to put the pictures on various forums, which is done by copying the link under the picture which begins with [img] then simply paste this link onto your topic, preview to ensure picture has uploaded correctly and post!
