I got some new rims with a smaller profile tyre as the stock steelies just looked like crap. anyway, since i put them on the speedo is out about 7 or 8 %.
i know why this has happened and that it's very common, what i need to know however, is there an easy fix with the Baleno? I'd rather not have to take it in to get the tranny sorted if i can help it. can i recalibrate it via the obd unit or something?

the only thing i can think of (not sure if this is the same but works with fords) changing the speedo pick up, what baleno do you have? as the GSR's have 15" rims as standard so the speedo would not be affected that much by a profile change

thats a good idea, worth a try anyway. i have the 1.6 glx. not sure what the stock rims were on it tho, would of thought 15" but not sure. i'll find out and then see if i can find a pick up from another suzi that will fit.
