You need proper wheels

And you also need to get cool air going to that filter. That's going to suck in a lot of hot air from the engine.

But it's looking good. Nice and clean

Went on track yesturday as a passenger in my mates Honda civic type r running 220bhp! Full coilovers and camber adjustment and anything else you can think of on the brakes and suspension! Wow, think that's where my time and money will be going next year! Staying baleno though

Does fitting one of these really make much of a difference compared to the standard factory filter?

They do make an improvement. If you also remove the resonator tube when you fit it you will get the best gain (for a panel filter) and a sporty sound to the engine.
